Larvikite is a dark gray to black igneous rock known for its subtle flashes of silver, blue, or steel-gray shimmer when light hits it just right. Those flashes come from feldspar crystals within the stone and are sometimes compared to labradorite’s glow — though larvikite is its own distinct material.
